Board of Directors 管理委员会
Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing daily
operations and planning the development of the Alumni Association. Board
members are also responsible for selecting new executives.
Advisory board members can attend board meetings without voting
powers.
管理委员会负责监管平和IB校友会的日常运作和规划发展，同时，也推选和任命新的校友会管理成员。特别顾问参与校友会决策讨论，但不具有投票权。
Alumni Association Board 管理成员
The President is the principal executive officer of
the Association and presides over all meetings of the Committee and
general meetings of the Association. The President directs the duties of
the other officers and chairs the executive committee of the Association.
The President is responsible for communicating the Alumni Association
mission, strategic goals, and committee objectives to members of the
committee and all alumni volunteers, staff, administration, and fellow
alumni as well as inspiring and motivating alumni to find innovative ways
to help the Alumni Association succeed.
校友会主席负责分配、监管、考核校友会职员和管理人员的工作。同时，校友会主席也代表校友委员会与内部成员、会员和平和学校之间的沟通和交流。
External Operations | 对外关系部
The Vice President for External Operations (VPEO),
formerly Chief Communications Office, has oversight responsibility of
external or outreach operations. These operations include Regional Clubs,
Reunions and Events, Students, and Young Alumni. CIO should direct route
tasks include, but not limit to, news center update, quarterly
newsletters, etc. The President of the Association may assign additional
duties.
对外关系执行官负责校友会对外事务部门。职责包括：对外公共关系（新闻中心、定期校友通讯等）、地区校友会监管和校友会对外活动等。
Assistant, VPEO: assist VPEO and the department to
finish assigned tasks and jobs.

Internal Operations | 内部运营部
The Vice President for Internal Operations (VPIO),
formerly Chief Administrative Office, has oversight responsibility of
internal operations. These operations include Alumni Membership, and Human
Resources. The President of the Association may assign additional duties.
内部运营官负责校友会内部管理。职责包括：会籍管理（发展新校友等）和内部人事管理等。
Assistant, VPIO: assist VPIO and the department to finish
assigned tasks and jobs.
对外关系执行助理：协助对外关系执行官和参与对外关系部的工作。
The Treasurer is responsible for reporting on the
status of all funds of the Association to the Board of Directors, and to
the meeting of the Association. The Treasurer will develop a budget and
fundraising plan. The President of the Association may assign additional
duties.
校友会财务官负责校友会日常开支的管理。财务官负责资金的管理的筹集。
Technical Support Team: Facebook / Twitter / Xiaonei
(RenRen) /YouTube / other SNS administrators, Webmaster, etc.
技术人员:
Facebook、Twitter、校内（人人）网、YouTube或其他网站社区主管、校友会网站主管等。
Regional Operations | 地区运营部
Regional Directors serve as the primary liaison
between the region they serve and the Alumni Association Board. Their
constituents include but are not limited to club leaders, young alumni.
They make recommendations to the Board on how to support the local clubs
and organizations in their efforts to increase participation within the
region. They also should offer assistance to recruit young alumni,
organize local or annual events and provide information for communication
materials. These positions can be held by any other executives who are
willing to serve as regional directors until they are filled by someone
else or replacement of another executive member.
地区主管负责校友会的区域发展。主要职责在于协助主席、对外关系执行官和运营官联系区域校友、组织地区性校友活动、撰写和征集校友通讯和新闻材料，以及向区域校友会会员提供适当帮助等。
All roles and responsibilities outlined above are subject to change
under the approval of the Board of Directors or the President. All new
appointments are subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, the
President and the Vice President for Internal Operations.
